On September 19, 2024 (Beijing time), according to an announcement from Xiaomi Auto’s official Weibo account, the Xiaomi SU7 OTA 1.3.0 update has begun rolling out.
This update introduces several new features:
- City navigation assist, which automatically activates in real time after reaching the required safe driving distance.
- Improved small road traffic capabilities, providing more accurate real-time road conditions and more flexible detour options.
- Smart parking assist, with new support for automatic parking in mechanical parking spaces.
- Enhanced energy efficiency analysis and display, offering richer data analysis dimensions for trip and parking energy consumption.
Upgrade Notes
Upgrade Method:
- In the vehicle: Once your vehicle receives the update information, you can tap “Update Now” or manually navigate to Settings > System > System Version and click “Update.”
- In the app: Go to the “Vehicle” section of the Xiaomi Auto app and follow the prompts to update the version.
Upgrade Duration: Approximately 30 minutes.
Important Notes:
- Once your Xiaomi vehicle receives the upgrade task, it will automatically download the update package. After the download is complete, the vehicle will prompt you to install it when parked, and the Xiaomi Auto app will also remind you.
- Before updating, ensure the vehicle’s remaining battery is above 20%, the vehicle is parked safely, and network conditions are good.
- After the update, the vehicle will restart automatically. During this process, the in-car system will be unavailable. Please do not leave the vehicle while it is powered off and ensure a stable network connection.
- If you encounter any issues during the update, please contact Xiaomi Auto customer service.
